What's special about this policy?
Portable electronic equipment insurance is designed to protect your electronic equipment when you're transporting it, working away from your usual base or working at a client site.
The insurance covers accidental physical loss (including theft) and damage for items such as:
- blackberries or other PDAs
- digital cameras
- hardware and tools
- laptops
- mobile phones
- projectors
- printers
- video cameras and equipment

You can choose up to £25,000 of cover for portable electronic equipment, with a £250 excess, which means that you will have to pay the first £250 of each claim.
