You can choose between three levels of cover: £1,500, £2,500 or £5,000, and the maximum payable for any one item is £1,500. The insurance carries an excess of £200 for computer equipment and £50 for all other claims.

Theft from vehicles

Between the hours of 20:00 and 07:00, theft of items from a vehicle will only be covered if the vehicle is in a securely locked garage or has a full and effective immobiliser and alarm.

Mobile phones and computers left in an unattended vehicle will only be covered if they’re left in a locked boot.

Theft from open-sided or open-backed vehicles or trailers is not covered.
