Account handler

Blyth Valley account handlers are the first point of contact for customers enquiring about Blyth Valley's products and services via phone or email.

As senior members of the Blyth Valley team, they are responsible for building and maintaining the company's book of business.

You will need superb communication skills, a thorough understanding of the nature of professional insurance and be comfortable working in a largely paperless environment.

Blyth Valley solutions developers participate in the development and delivery of world-class systems and services, and create technical solutions that enable us to work better and more efficiently.

Web user analyst

The web user analyst is responsible for monitoring and analysing trends in the way that people use Blyth Valley's websites.

The purpose of the role is to deliver intelligence that will enable Blyth Valley's online interaction processes to be developed and improved, with the end goal of helping to improve visitor-to-sale conversion rates on our sites.

You will have good communication and IT skills, a passion for detail and be endlessly curious about the way people interact with websites.
