Complaints

If you are in any way disappointed with the service that you have received from Blyth Valley, or the policy that you have bought from us, please get in touch. We need your feed-back in order to improve the service we provide.

Blyth Valley complaints procedure

We promise to acknowledge, and where possible resolve, your complaint within 5 days of receipt. If our investigations are likely to take longer, we'll tell you within the 5 days when you can expect a resolution (and will commit to reaching this within 20 days of your complaint arriving in our office).

The Financial Ombudsman Service (phone 0845 080 1800) is available for private customers, and commercial customers with a group annual turnover of up to £1m, or trusts with a net asset value of up to £1m.
