The Blyth Valley Panel is a group of Blyth Valley customers and friends. The group helps us improve our products, our service and our marketing by:
- Telling us more about themselves/their business by email - in response to specific questions we have
- Giving us pre-release feedback on some imminent changes to our products and
services
- Giving us pre-release feedback on some of our marketing efforts
- Acting as beta-testers for some online tools we're developing
Participants can be as involved or detached as they like, but we try not to make more than one request of the group per month. The whole process is handled online, mostly via email, and is managed by our Marketing Co-ordinator, Vicky.
For willing and active participants, we offer undying gratitude, and a fervent hope that nectar, ambrosia and sweet meats will rain down upon them. And they might just get a sneaky-peeky at some of the wiring under the board.
